How long the delivery will take?
The Luxe's official shipping partner is J&T Express.
All shipped items are insured for any loss or damage that may happen in transit.
Our Logistics are well trained to handle and properly pack your orders to make sure they arrive at your doorstep fresh and in mint condition.
What happens after ordering?
Our customer service team triggers a request to our logistics team to have your item/s ready.
it goes thru a thorough Quality Assurance Check for any imperfections that may be present before the items is prepared for packing. This is our way to make sure that we only delivery the best items just for you. The item/s are then transferred to our Packing Group for preparation and proper protection during shipping.J&T Express arrives daily for shipping should you complete your order before 3PM your item will be shipped the same day.
Will I receive a sales invoice?
Yes it’s standard operation procedure that a proper computation of your bill be sent you.
How to change order/s?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us message at 09477824777 within the same day of the order. Once you received a confirmation email from us, changes or cancellation of orders will not be allowed.
